Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, applications, platforms and services operated by Thinka Platforms Ltd ("Thinka", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any Thinka product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Thinka Platforms Ltd is a technology holding company registered in Nigeria (RC 9336976), based in Lagos. We develop and manage digital platforms, internet services, software products and related solutions across multiple industries.
2. Our solutions
We build and operate a portfolio of products. These currently include, among others:
- Loota — a live, map-based, skill-driven treasure-hunt game. It is free to play; winners are determined by skill and strategy (solving challenges and route decisions), not by chance, and no entry fee or stake is required.
- Onside — a football analytics and bet-tracking platform, offered as a subscription service.
These Terms apply to all Thinka products. Individual products may publish additional product-specific rules, which apply alongside these Terms.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a payment on our products. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
4. Payments & Paystack
Where a product offers paid features, all payments are processed by Paystack Payments Limited ("Paystack"), a licensed payment processor. When you make a payment on any Thinka product:
- What you are paying for depends on the product — for example, optional in-game items on our games (such as speed tools, hints and premium items on Loota), or a subscription plan on our software products (such as Onside). The nature and price of what you are buying is shown before you confirm.
- Currency & pricing: prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). The price shown before checkout is the price you pay.
- How the payment is made: you complete payment on Paystack's secure checkout using a card, bank transfer or USSD. Your full card and bank details are entered on Paystack and are never stored on Thinka's servers. We receive only a transaction reference and status in order to deliver what you purchased.
- Delivery: digital items and subscription access are delivered immediately on successful payment.
- Security: Paystack is PCI-DSS certified. Card processing is also subject to Paystack's own terms.
5. Refunds
Because digital items and subscription access are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, if you are charged and the item or subscription is not delivered due to a technical fault on our side, or you are charged in error or twice, we will refund the affected amount. To request a refund, email info@thinkaplatforms.ltd with your transaction reference within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paystack.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt any service, to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or to use payment methods you are not authorised to use. Fraudulent transactions will be reversed and may be reported.
7. Intellectual property
All software, designs, content, trademarks and branding in our products are owned by Thinka Platforms Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer our products except as permitted by law.
8. Liability
Our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thinka is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid in the transaction giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
